Application Checklist

1) Read the Performing Artist Policies.

2) Artists who are part of the PERFORM! program must have a current membership with either Dance Nova Scotia, the Nova Scotia Choral Federation, or Theatre Nova Scotia.

3) Submit the following form. Note: If you wish to be considered in more than one discipline, please submit a completed application for each.

4) Once completed, you will contacted by the PERFORM! Coordinator regarding your status of your application and to supply a current resume and headshot.
